Residual risk without theater
Effective packs avoid absolute claims (“fully mitigated”) when compensating controls are still maturing. They state what remains open, who owns it, and which period the next test covers. That honesty reads better than polished overstatement.
Bilingual files
Many engagements keep technical annexes in English while executive summaries sit in Korean. The governance checklist should require that severity labels match across both layers — a frequent source of partner comments.
